Making a reservation:

In order to receive a confirmation for your booking you need to make a deposit payment in amount of 2 nights lodging. The rest should be paid cash upon arrival.
Cancellations:
Cancellations should be made by emailing us at stan@sozopolis.com or stanimir_h@hotmail.com. A failure to arrive by the agreed check-in date and time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. In the event of cancellations for accommodation the following rules apply:
· Cancellations must be received at least 10 days before the arrival date, if not the deposit amount will not be refunded.
